Buddy is a handsome 10-year-old senior orange Domestic Short Hair with the gentlest, most thoughtful eyes. Weighing about 11 pounds, he’s the perfect calm companion for someone looking for a steady, loving presence.

Buddy’s world changed when his beloved owner passed away, and now he’s quietly hoping for a second chance at love.

Like many seniors, Buddy may be a little shy at first — new places take a minute — but once he feels safe, he is incredibly gentle and sweet. He bonds deeply and simply wants a peaceful home where he can relax and be cherished.

A sweet senior boy looking for his soft landing

Patches is a 9-year-old Jack Russell mix who found himself in rescue through no fault of his own. His beloved mom’s dementia progressed, and she had to move in with family—leaving Patches confused, missing his person, and ready for a calm new beginning.

Patches is the definition of an easy companion:
• ✅ Housebroken
• ✅ Crate trained
• 🛋️ Happy to be a couch dog
• 🐶 Gets along well with other dogs
• 🐱 Cat friendly
• 👶 Good with kids
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Comfortable with men and women

He’s a little overweight right now (more love to give 😉), but would do great with gentle walks and a consistent routine.

Patches does have some food guarding, so he simply needs to be fed separately from other pets. With that small accommodation, he’s an absolute sweetheart and very easy to live with.

This boy isn’t looking for excitement—he’s looking for safety, consistency, and love. A quiet home where he can nap, feel secure again, and bond deeply with his person would be his dream come true.

Blossom is not one of those dogs. 😆

This 5-year-old Basset Hound mix weighs about 36 pounds and believes that if you’re not actively loving her, you may simply need a reminder.

And she’ll gladly provide one.

Blossom is potty trained, dog friendly, kid friendly, and full of classic hound charm. She’s affectionate, social, and happiest when she’s included in whatever her people are doing.

At just 13 pounds and around 2 years old, this sweet Terrier mix (likely Yorkie mix) has already mastered the things everyone hopes for — he’s crate trained, potty trained, and great with other dogs.
