Five unexpected new arrivals. 💔
These newborn kittens were abandoned on the doorstep of our partner vet before opening hours—left to face an uncertain future. Thankfully, some amazing foster families stepped up to give them the care they need.

We’re gearing up for our next Spay & Neuter Clinic, and this time, we’re aiming high — 100 cats and kittens in one day! 🐱💉

Fixing this many felines will make a HUGE difference in preventing unwanted litters and keeping our community cats healthier — but we can’t do it alone.

Some updates tug at the heart a little more than others 💙

“Overdose Harvey” will forever be a Purr-A-Lot favorite. When he first came to us in September 2023, he had been heavily—and improperly—sedated by a local animal control officer, receiving a dose meant for a 20lb cat. The impact on Harvey’s system was devastating. We weren’t sure he’d survive, and if he did, we worried about long-term effects that could drastically impact his quality of life.

But we were determined to give him a chance.

On February 2, 2024, Harvey was officially adopted into a loving home—and this weekend, we received a heartwarming update from his family:

“Hi—just wanted to send a pic of Harvey. My wife and I were just talking about how well he’s done since joining our family and thought it’d be nice to say thank you again. He’s doing great!

Our kids renamed him ‘Bandit,’ but we all just call him ‘Chat.’ He talks a lot, so one of his early nicknames was Chit Chat the Kit Kat, and ‘Chat’ just stuck. 😆

He’s such a cool cat, and I’m very attached to him. He gets along well with our other two cats, and we’re very thankful to have him in our lives. Hope you’re doing well!”

These are the stories that keep us going. Thank you to Harvey’s (a.k.a. Bandit/Chat) family for giving him the second chance he so deserved. 💛

🚨 New Rescue Alert! 🐾

Meet our newest little survivor – found hiding under a bridge along Memorial, terrified, hunkered down, and just trying to stay safe. 💔 Thanks to some incredibly kind bystanders who noticed and cared, this scared kitty was safely captured and is now in our care.

They’ve been vet checked and are finally on the path to a brighter, safer future. But we can’t do it alone — this little one needs YOU. ❤️
