Hello pawsh pups fam 🥰 we do have some updated/reminder policies that we are letting everyone know once booking in with us if you have questions feel free to ask through text message. effective as of January 1st 2025 we do run on estimated time and can be early or behind but we always keep in touch, we do have a cancelation fee of 60.00 with a last minute cancelation, if you need to cancel or reschedule we require you do that 48 hours in advance as we book our days accordingly. We will not reschedule your appointment until cancelation fee is sent, We are now charging a 10.00 moblie fee per a house (NOT per dog ) that is mandatory and will be applied to your appointment, we do charge 30.00 extra If pup is extremely matted and/or has excessive undercoat. We do charge our cancelation fee if we show up and can't service your pup due to aggression and or extremely stressed out to where we can't finish our services. We will also be sending everyone updated pricing the day before your appointment. We do need a large and safe parking space due to us being a large truck and trailer and can not park in drive ways unless it is a through in and out drive way, we do not service apartment complexes or business ONLY residential homes. we accept zelle, venmo, cash, checks for forms of payment we look forward to seeing you at your appointment, or meeting you if your a new clients! thank you for choosing us as your service provider and have a wonderful day 🥰🩵
