Roxy has high prey drive and loves to chase after birds or bunnies, so she needs a home that can handle her drive and channel it into fun sports like Barn Hunt. Roxy had a rough start to life, she was a very sick puppy, and she still struggles with skin issues today. But she doesn't let that stop her from having fun and getting cuddles! Roxy is the best companion! She loves walks, other dogs, and relaxing on the couch. Roxy walks well on leash but is a nervous dog that needs a handler to help give her confidence. Once she trusts you, Roxy will go everywhere with you.

Roxy went to on a busy Saturday and did amazing! She's available for adoption from and is the best with other dogs but nervous around new people. Roxy is a super sweet dog that warms up but is always cautious at first. She's very well behaved and did amazing with all the people, carts, and even a dog barking at her from a stroller!

Roxy and Jazzy did great with training today. We walked at the park and then went to Tractor Supply. These girls are total opposites! Roxy needs more exposure (with positive experiences) because she's nervous of people and tries to run away. Jazzy needs more exposure and practice focusing on obedience because she tries to walk up to every stranger. Jazzy loves people! Which is good but she's very strong and needs to learn she can't drag me to every person she sees. 🤣🐶👍🏻

Dixi and Jazzy did great today! Jazzy has been learning basic manners, today she learned that also includes relaxing. Dogs should walk nice but also be able to be calm while you sit on a patio, having lunch with a friend.
