This girl is 3 years of blood sweat and tears and alot of selective breeding. For anyone who doesn’t know, I started my project with other breeders culls that meaning my flock started with birds that were not perfect and with selective breeding I have managed to get the traits that I want. Don’t be discouraged when you don’t have a perfect bird use what you have and breed for what you want

My first f1 olive egger started laying! I’m so happy. The top egg is from a silverudd which is one of the few birds that has the dominant green egg gene. It looks blue in the picture, but it’s green. So happy!

I have 2 partridge silkies available the first one is a showgirl pullet the other is very young so straight run. The 2nd chick is failing to thrive and grow as normal so it will be free eats and drinks normal just not growing like it should.
