Awesome push button horse available for expenses only lease on farm. 14.3 h mare. Many show miles. Solid 2.3' or WT, SS. Great for trails and hunterpaces. Has been CU Eq team horse for last five yrs. Sound, no maintenance, great barefoot, sweet, no bad habits. NOT available as lesson program horse. May allow paid off farm to perfect situation.

I have a large horse farm in Trumansburg. I have a HUGE composted pile of manure. I mean many, many big dump trucks worth. Some piles have aged into great top soil. I am looking for someone to take it all away. Must have own truck and loader. No pay either way. Not just looking for someone to just take a bag full or two...

Looking for some help with some green youngsters. They are gaited. Don't necessarily need gaited exp for must have green horse experience, ground work experience. Took Puck out on his second trail ride. He was perfect! Water, mud, cars, motorcycle, bikes...nothing phased him AND he was ridden by a friend, not a trainer! This guy is a Saint!

I have a few openings for winter board. Large indoor w round pen set up, large outdoor. Selfcare dry stall 350-375, you do all and provide all, full use of rings and amenities. Pasture board 500 includes free choice hay only you grain as desired. Full care stall board 850 main barn 12x12 stall or 700 small barn 10x10 stall. Full care includes daily turnout, hay, daily stall cleaning and most grain needs. Full care limited stalls available.

Other options:
1) 9 stall barn for rent on property. 7-10x10 stalls, 2 10x16 stalls, tack room, hay and grain storage area, water and electric. Large turn out field, and 2 paddocks. All have electric and water hydrants. One paddock is large, the other is small and attaches to a stall for individual turnout or rehab. Full use of amenities. 2500/m . Must have appropriate insurance. Business use can be discussed.

Amenities:
Indoor 80x168 sand footing, 60' round pen set up inside.
Outdoor 125x250 sand footing, not fenced in at the moment.
Heated wash stall, grooming area, heated second floor viewing room, restroom w/shower.

Puck- 4 yr black gaited gelding about 14h. Solid WTC started at Morrisville College last winter. Been on back burner. Will start working on gait-it's there. Right now could be cute hunter pony! Very simple and comfy. Has NO bad habits. These are just unedited qick videos as I had farrier here too. Will get out on trails next week.

Looking for some help training youngsters. Must be experienced rider. Several have been backed for several months just need refresher. Couple others need basic ground work, round penning. One is a mule, lol. They are smaller gaiteds. But gaited exp is not necessary. Would at least initially be working with me. Couple hrs a week would be great. But even just some hrs short term. Can be paid, trade towards board or in exchange for trails rides or own broke horse to ride. Trumansburg NY
