🐾 A little grooming education! 🐾

Did you know that one of the most important parts of your dog’s grooming appointment happens BEFORE the haircut? And yes, it’s just as important for dogs who are only getting a bath! 🫧

Let’s talk about blow drying!

A proper blow dry does SO much more than make your pup fluffy!

🐾 Helps remove loose undercoat, dead hair, and dander.

🐾 Helps loosen packed coat and tangles, sometimes allowing us to save coat length instead of shaving it down.

🐾 Allows us to get a better look at the skin and identify potential concerns hiding beneath all that hair.

🐾 Helps prevent moisture from lingering against the skin, especially in thick or dense coats.

🐾 Makes brushing more effective and helps achieve that beautiful, fluffy finish!

It’s one of those steps that might not seem like a big deal, but it can make a HUGE difference in the quality of a groom.

A bath only service doesn’t mean skipping the details. Every step of my grooming process has a purpose, whether your dog is getting a full haircut or just a good scrub!
