We’re only human — and while we always strive to send reminder texts before every appointment, sometimes technology glitches, messages don’t go through, or life just gets busy.

That’s why we kindly ask all of our clients to please mark your grooming appointments down as soon as they’re scheduled. 🐾

We absolutely love caring for your pups, but last-minute no-shows or forgotten appointments make it tough for us to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.

This also helps you not show up a day or two early 🫶🏻
