Important Appointment Policy Update

Dear Valued Clients,

We truly appreciate your continued trust and support of Wagmore Pet Salon, especially during this busy holiday season. Unfortunately, we have experienced an unusually high number of missed appointments and late cancellations, which significantly impact our groomers and our ability to accommodate other clients.

Please be advised that effective immediately, Wagmore Pet Salon will be enforcing a strict no-exceptions policy for late cancellations and no-show appointments.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment that is not canceled within this timeframe—or is missed without notice—results in a loss of income for your groomer and prevents another pet from receiving services.

Going forward:
• Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointment, will require payment for the missed appointment before rescheduling.
• Repeated violations may result in a requirement for prepayment to secure future appointments.

This policy allows us to respect our groomers’ time, maintain fair scheduling practices, and continue providing the highest level of care for your pets.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation and thank you for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly during this busy season.

Good morning everyone. We are partnering with Partners in Hope for their annual Christmas Shop. Please if you are able stop in and drop off any new toys, toiletry items, or gift cards. It would be greatly appreciated. Let’s help some families have a great Christmas. We are open Tuesday through Saturday for donation drop offs.
