A Huge Thank You to Our Troy Team! 🐾❤️

Today brought an unexpected challenge when a water main break at the mall disabled the fire sprinkler system, requiring us to evacuate all puppies from our Troy location — something we’ve never had to do in our 27 years of operation.

Thanks to the quick thinking, teamwork, and dedication of our amazing staff, our emergency evacuation plan worked exactly as it should. The puppies were safely transported to a nearby air-conditioned gymnasium just 10 minutes from the mall, where they’re now enjoying some extra playtime in a safe, cool space.

We couldn’t be more proud of how our team handled today — calm under pressure, compassionate with the puppies, and completely focused on their safety and well-being. You truly showed what The Family Puppy is all about. 💪🐶💕
