Get to know Dr. Vando! Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Victor Vando has over 20 years of veterinary experience. He’s cared for animals big and small—from lions and elephants to penguins—and has rescued manatees during a hurricane and penguins from an oil spill in Antarctica.

Certified in ultrasound, orthopedic surgery, and emergency medicine, he loves making visits comfortable for pets and their families.

When he’s off duty, you’ll find him mountain biking, hiking, surfing or playing chess.
