Hi Client Families!
Thank you so much for your support - we wanted to make an announcement that we will officially be switching from TimeToPet to PetPocketbook in November.
PetPocketbook offers a suite of online and mobile tools that will allow the team at Rusty Red Dog Adventures to access and manage client information, appointment scheduling, and billing all in one place, even when we are on the go.
With PetPocketbook, you'll still be able to pay via credit/debit card through your PetPocketbook invoices, which will be emailed to you at the end of each billing period (please note that payments made via PetPocketbook will be subject to a 5% service fee). For your convenience, we will still accept payment via cash, which will not be subject to any service fees.
You will also be able to set up AutoPay (so you can set it and forget it!), access your bills and payment records, and manage your appointments through your PetPocketbook pet parent account.
PetPocketbook is hosted on Amazon Web Services, alongside the likes of Netflix, Spotify, and Expedia, and uses Amazon’s secure socket layer encryption technology to ensure the security of our data and prevent unauthorized access. PetPocketbook does not store any financial data such as your credit card or bank information; instead, they pass this data through to Stripe for payment processing. Lyft, Instacart, and Amazon are just a few companies that also entrust Stripe with their users’ financial data.
You'll be receiving a welcome email from PetPocketbook with an activation link, which you can use to set up your account password as well as to review and update your and your pets' profiles so that we have the most up-to-date information to provide the best possible care for your furry pals.

Please note that this welcome email contains an activation link that expires after 3 days. If the link has expired, you can still "reset your password" with PetPocketbook, as your account exists within the system if you received an initial email from them (use the email address that received the initial email to reset your password & log into your account).
