Lard has become a foreign and looked down ingredient in our modern society, and it shouldn't be. I am going to be posting videos and pictures of how I incorporate lard into our food in the hopes that I can educate people and bring back this tried and true practice of cooking that unfortunately has been lost in our modern society.
