It’s been a busy few weeks at Empowered Equestrian as we wrap up summer and head into fall!
We’ve refreshed our outdoor arena with brand-new footing, given our jumps a fresh coat of paint, and even added some exciting new ones. Our riders have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming AEL season, and our student family continues to grow!

Whether you’re a brand-new rider or an adult looking to “re-ride,” we have programs designed to help you learn, progress, and enjoy the journey.

Show Recap: Harmony Equestrian Center Anniversary Show

Empowered Equestrian had a fantastic (and slightly soggy!) day at Harmony Equestrian Center’s Anniversary Jumper/Equitation Show this weekend. Despite the rain, our team showed up with great energy, strong rides, and tons of support for one another.

🌟 Highlights:
• Bravo & Bryn made their offsite debut and were amazing—tying for 1st in Gambler’s Choice with Ainsley & Daisy!
• Britney & Arty and Margaux & Adrian each earned 2nd in their jumper classes.
• Mia & Mystic took 1st in their jumper class and 2nd in Gambler’s Choice.
• Stella & I won our equitation class and were 2nd in jumpers.

More important than the ribbons was the incredible camaraderie, encouragement, and positivity from every rider and family throughout the day. We’ve got a bit of homework (as always!) but I’m so proud of everyone and excited to get back in the ring soon!

That’s a wrap on another incredible week of camp!
We finished the session with a bang—campers enjoyed a cookout and a pony parade, bathed horses, cleaned tack, and wrapped up the week with a special camp “show” for parents to see all the progress made. It was truly rewarding to witness each camper grow in confidence, responsibility, and compassion for the horses.

This Week at Camp 🐴☀️
We’re having an absolute blast so far! Campers have been fully immersed in a hands-on experience that blends riding, horsemanship, and FUN. We’ve focused on the fundamentals, explored the joy of ba****ck riding, and spent some time splashing and laughing in the creek — always a camp favorite!
It’s been incredible to watch each camper grow in confidence, skill, and love for horses. We can’t wait to see how the rest of the week unfolds!
