Incredible that it’s been 10 years! It’s difficult to express how I feel about my staff. They are dedicated, reliable, caring, compassionate, and we have so much fun working together. They have challenged me to become a better employer, and because of them, I am proud of the leader I have become!

CUTE STORY ALERT! I had a customer back at the beginning of COVID, offer to pay for a clients grooming who is financially stressed. She said she liked the idea of helping someone who needed it, helping a dog, and helping a small business. A win, win, win. I told her that most people don’t inform me why they’re canceling, but I’d let her know if the opportunity presented itself. Today it did!!! She happily paid, and I am in awe of her generosity! A little brightness in the midst of the crazy world we’re living in:)
