HE WAS ADOPTED FROM THE POUND MONDAY MORNING!
Update-this is actually a neutered male
He has been in the pound for almost a month and has to find a home in the next week. They are not suppose to let dogs stay there that long but he is a very nice dog!!

This very friendly male German Shepherd mix was picked up on Weds 6/4 in the 1000 block of W 5th. He is chipped and Parkston police knows who the owner is. When they contacted the owner he said that they no longer wanted him, so they dumped him on the outskirts of Mitchell. Apparently there is no penalty for that and if there is, he still needs a loving home. He has been up for adoption since Tuesday, 6/10 from Lakeview Vet Clinic. This is why I WON'T shave or cut your double coated dogs short, if I dont absolutely have to. A Regular grooming schedule is what your dog needs!
