PSA!! To all dog owners:
Starting tonight there are likely to be fireworks going off everywhere and continue through the week. PLEASE!!!! Keep an eye on your pets while they're outside, even if they're in a fenced yard. PLEASE!!! Make sure they cannot slip out of a collar if they're on a leash. Dogs can get spooked by loud noises. A scared dog will do things we would never think they would in order to get away from the noise - jump fences, slip collars, and run, run, run. The shelters are already overrun with dogs who are lost. Please don't let one of those lost - or worse - dogs be yours.
