Welcome to winter!
We stocked up on bedding from a local mill yesterday. 120 bags should get us by! We are set with hay in the hay mow and round bales in the shed! We got a new heater and the skid steer is ready to roll. Already hit below zero temps last night/this AM so we are prepared for what's to come! Horses were tucked in and happy last night. Bring on the winter crap!

Fly boot season is here🙄 Even Buster the donkey is deciding maybe they aren't such a bad thing! 🥰❤️🐎

Though we use fly predators for natural fly control and a few sticky traps, there are always going to be flies to pester. So we boot up and cruise through fly season (mostly) unbothered 😉
