Whisker Sitters provides unique and affordable pet sitting visits for cats
and dogs in their own home environment with their own familiar surroundings. Our services are available on an hourly, daily or weekly basis while pet owners
are on vacation, traveling for work or pleasure, working late at the office,
staying in the hospital, attending special events, staying in a local hotel or
resort, ski

home for any other reason. We provide feeding, care & maintenance visits, potty breaks, dog walking,
exercise, and lots & lots of pampering & playtime fun. Our initial "Meet & Greet" visit in your home is FREE, so we can come to your
home and meet you and your furry family members and learn more about
your pet(s) and their "normal" daily routines. Whisker Sitters is locally-owned and operated by Carol Preuett, a Traverse City
native, who is currently owned by 2 cats (Cozumel and Cabo)
and until a few years ago a Miniature Schnauzer (Angel Dog). References and a

Update!!! Athena is safe! Her foster mom was able to catch sight of her and Athena went to her immediately!!We have an Athena sighting. Seen at Cochlin & Beadle St heading towards Fair st. Her foster mom is going there now. Again- do not approach Athena or call out to her. If you see her message us or call 231-645-6040 or 231-632-1397 Athena is a 3 legged dog who is very skittish

PLEASE SHARE! Athena is still missing in downtown Traverse City & she is a special needs tripod (3 legs) dog newly adopted from H.A.N.D.D.S. to the Rescue! Please DO NOT approach her since she will likely be in “survival mode” but please DO report any/all sightings!

+++ Update!!! 11/29 - Athena is safe! Her foster mom was able to catch sight of her and Athena went to her immediately!!

We have had no sightings as of 6 pm 11/28. ++ if sighted please do not chase or call out to her, message us with location seen
