This weekend was bittersweet. Tilley & Burrito's puppies left for their new homes. A couple pups stayed in Michigan, while one went to Ohio, and another went on a long drive to New York. We are grateful for these families who will give our puppies a home filled with love and a lifetime of happiness.

Today, the puppies are 8 weeks old and went for a car ride and their first vet appointment for vaccinations and microchips. I simply cannot believe how fast this time with them went.

Yesterday, we had a couple of special visitors. Tina, who nicely volunteered her time, came over to do temperament testing - they all did great! A little while later, Karla and some of her family came over to play w pups in the snow. The pups were pooped and slept until almost 10am today!

The last pup in our litter found her new home about two weeks ago. We’re thankful for the wonderful families that will be bringing Tilley & Burrito’s babies home with them and we’re so excited for all of you!

This weekend we will be saying our goodbyes and welcoming new families into ours. I know it’s going to be tough. I’m getting teary typing this! And, yes, for those wondering, Scott & I would like to keep all of them - even with the poopageddon every morning. 😆
