I've gotten the question a few times lately, "Who is Cindy??" Let me tell you.
Although you won't find her in Traer or in Keystone, Cindy is the voice you hear most often when you call either of our offices. She is more than a phone receptionist. She is a veterinary dispatch diva.
With a little VPN, fast internet, many cords, multiple screens and a magnitude of patience during shaky internet times, Cindy fields most of our calls from her home office.
At least once a month, we are lucky to have her visit each clinic and work with our staff face to face. Cindy has a long history amidst 4H and other leadership experiences that she has expanded and shared with our crew. She gets us out of our comfort zones, makes us learn about communicating and self awareness. The fun games and snacks help!!
Cindy never shies away from a good conversation so strike one up when you call in!
