Shih Tzu puppy’s very first groom 💕

Because she had to wait until she was fully vaccinated, her coat got a little overwhelming at home and ended up severely matted. By the time she came to me, a fresh start was the kindest option for her comfort.

Not my favorite way to introduce a puppy to grooming but sometimes it’s necessary. Think less “haircut” and more… tiny sheep shearing 🐑✂️ (that “rug” next to her in the after pic? yep… all one piece!)

The goal was to get her clean, comfortable, and feeling good again. I used Bio-Groom shampoo to help soothe her skin after the shave, and she handled it like a champ 🫶

Now she’s ready to start fresh and stay on a regular schedule!

One thing about this time of year… the hair never ends 😅
Pulled this out of my and used it during a deshed today and was seriously impressed with how much coat it pulled out.
Always love finding tools that actually make a difference 🙌

She may be under 3 pounds, but she deserves the biggest care. Tiny teacup Chihuahuas like this little lady need extra patience, a gentle touch, and lots of love during their spa day. Every move has to be slow, careful, and calm… because when they’re this small, every little thing matters.🐾💗

💗 A happy and bittersweet announcement 💗

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been able to say this… but Salas Paw Spa Mobile Dog Grooming is currently accepting new clients.

Over the past year, a few things opened up my schedule — some wonderful clients moved away, and sadly, a few of my beloved senior pups crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾. I chose to take my time, enjoy slightly shorter days, and really soak in the balance that came with it instead of immediately filling those spots.

Now, as we head into the beginning of the year, I’ve decided it’s the right time to open my books again and welcome a very limited number of new clients into my grooming family.

✨ Space is extremely limited. Once these spots are filled, I won’t be able to accept new clients for a while. If you’ve been hoping to get on my schedule, now is the time.

Thank you endlessly to my amazing clients for your continued love, support, and trust. I’m so excited to meet a few new furry faces 💕🐶

Choosing was sooo difficult! I almost took them all and became a crazy cat lady. we went to four different shelters, looking for a new addition and out of all of the shelters yours by far was the cleanest and the animals were so well cared for happy and you could tell that they were all getting handled. Thank you for making a difference one paw at a time 🐾
