The smallest parrots in the world! 🦜

Say hello to our trio of baby Parrotlets! These tiny babies may be small in size, but they’ve got huge personalities!
Parrotlets are known as “Pocket Parrots” and are widely know for their bold personalities and how much they act like bigger birds but trapped in small bodies.
Since these three babies are still too young to go home we are accepting deposits until they are fully weaned!

🦜 Parrotlets might be small but they still require as much attention and care as other birds do. Providing them with a large cage, a variety of food such as pellets, seed and fruit foods will ensure they are happy and healthy.

Meet our baby White Bellied Caique! Playful, curious, and full of energy. Known for their hopping, cuddly nature, and love for attention, these babies are pure joy in feathered form!
🦜 White Bellied Caiques are native to South America and have gained huge popularity on social media for their outgoing nature and how goofy they can be. As cute and funny as these guys can be, they are known for being aggressive toward other birds and being stubborn at times. We recommend doing research on caiques and making sure they are a good fit into your home.

Ever since arriving at PBS, Georgie has made so much progress and has been coming out of her shell so much! She’s such a sweet girl with an amazing personality and has been loving her new space in our Nursery Room.

Say hello to the newest resident at Paterson Bird Store — Georgie, an adorable 21 year old Blue Headed Pionus 🦜

Georgie was surrendered to us a little while ago. Though she’s a little shy and prefers to keep to herself, she’s been slowly coming out of her shell especially around our amazing staff (and she might just have a soft spot for our manager Adam)

Her favorite hobbies? Munching on fruit and watching her favorite movies like A Bug’s Life and Aladdin (she’s definitely spoiled since she has her very own TV upstairs 😅)

Stop by to say hi and give Georgie a warm welcome! She’s already stealing hearts here at the store ❤️
