Clients vs Customers

I know so many people advise against me running my business with my heart, but I really don't care. Yes, it wears on me so much more in so many different ways but its sooooo worth it!

I built my shop with wanting "clients ", not "customers". I build relationships, become attached. Its just who I am. I didn't want just dogs on a schedule book. I wanted pups I could bond with, grow with, and love. I love each and every pup that walks through that door like my own, and their humans. I celebrate milestones with them, birthdays, etc and also grieve with them like I would if it was one of my own. I have the most amazing relationships with my clients and I will cherish that until the end of time. They are not just clients, but family.

And when I get a text first thing in the morning of the delicious goodies they fresh baked for me, it just makes me want to cry with the outpour of love, appreciation and gratitude I have for them.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being sincerely the BEST clients I ever could have dreamed of ❤️❤️ You are my family and YOU helped build this shop to be the safe place it has become 🐾
