All ticket sales will be at the Tony’s Pizza Events Center box office, beginning March 6th, 9:00 a.m., and will be available throughout our event on grounds. No advance or online tickets sales this year, saving you, online ticketing service fees and convenience charges! And we’ve rolled prices back to 2013! $15 one day passes, or $35, for three day passes!

This spectacular equine event contains the largest equine trade show with over 100+ vendors, various exhibitions, world class clinicians, workshops and demos in Kansas! Clinicians representing an array of disciplines will entertain and educate everyone from the novice horseman to the seasoned veteran. We've got wall to wall shopping & a variety of food trucks with unique menu offerings as well! Bring the kids for fun and educational activities at the Kiddies Corral. KIDS 12 & UNDER get in FREE! Ranch rodeo action Friday & Saturday nights! Equifest of Kansas is breed showcases & special demos, professional trainers & clinics, guest speakers, workshops, Kansas Farrier’s Assoc. competition, vendor show shopping, food, fun and some of the top cowboys & cowgirls in the country competing in the TravAlum Trailer by Liberty Inc., Ranch Rodeo!

Arena Schedule: Friday, 9:30am Grand Entry-10:00pm or conclusion of Ranch Rodeo. Saturday, 9:30am Grand Entry-10:00pm or conclusion of Ranch Rodeo. Sunday, 9:30am to 4:00pm, or conclusion of last activity. Sunday Cowboy Church at 9:30am, 4H/Ponderosa Building.

Workshop Schedule: Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm, Saturday, 9:30am-3:30pm and Sunday, 10:30 am-1:45pm

Vendor Show hours: Friday morning 9:00 a.m-7:30 p.m., close. (Ranch Rodeo at 7pm.) Saturday: Vendor hours 9:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. (Ranch Rodeo) at 7pm) Sunday: Vendor hours 9:00 a.m..- 4:00 p.m. (Cowboy Church starts at 9:30, in the 4H/Ponderosa Building.) Don't miss the evening excitement of Ranch Rodeo both, Friday & Saturday nights beginning at 7pm. Sunday, Cowboy Church will be held in the 4H/Ponderosa Building at 9:30am, conducted by Rev. Steve Stafford this year.

Food trucks will close at 7:00pm or beginning of Ranch Rodeo. Full concessions will be available in Tony’s Pizza Events Center main arena, at the Backyard Grill.

VENDOR DOORS CLOSE @ 7:30 p.m., Friday & Saturday night for the Ranch Rodeo! VENDOR DOORS CLOSE Sunday @ 4:00 p.m. Cowboy Church at 9:30am, and will be located in the 4H/Ponderosa Building. If you want to shop before the evening entertainment on Friday, Saturday & Sunday afternoon, be there before vendor doors close! Shop till you drop with our large selection of vendors & stay for the Ranch Rodeo, Friday & Saturday nights and Sunday presentations! And bring your appetite! We will have food trucks on site for your sampling and table top seating will be available on the Saline County Expo Center grounds side in both Kenwood Hall and the 4H/Ponderosa vendor buildings.

Outside food/drink, including water, will not be permitted inside the Tony’s Pizza Events Center, main arena. Concessions will be available in the Tony’s Pizza Events Center arena at the Backyard Grill concession, during our event.
