What a great way to spend the weekend, at a horse show!! It was the first show of the year and a lot of firsts for the kiddos!
It was Ari's first time showing her horse, Moose. Iona also showed Moose and it was their first show as a team.
It was Baylie's first show in a long while and the first show on her new horse, Apple.
It was Stella and Journey's first time cantering courses at a show.
Avery also showed Lilly for the first time.
Did I mention it was our first show under the banner of Sugar Lily Equestrian!?
And honorable mention to Pesto, as it was his first show ever!! All the kids knocked it out of the park. They all performed so well and have progressed so much since last year! Excited for the next show!

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of one of the best and most loved ponies, Ariel. She was a cornerstone horse in our program and was loved by all. She always gave her all no matter what. She will be sorely missed and our hearts break for the students who's hearts will be hurting by her passing.
We ask that in Memoriam of Ariel, you share your favorite photos or videos of her.

A few weeks ago, we ended our show season with a bang! We took 5 horses and 5 riders to the last KHJA show in Topeka. What an incredible turn out we had! So very very proud of all of the horses and riders! We had several top ribbons and one Reserve Champion in their division! Well done one and all!

Yesterday was an amazing day at the Topeka Round-Up Club at the Jump out of June show! It was a big show of firsts for all of the kids. It was Journey and Iona's first show ever, Lydia's first show back in several years, and Betty's (owned by Berkeley) first outing with us. I can't express how proud I am of everyone. They showed as is they had done it forever! There were several first places as many, many smiles! The horses were absolute rock stars and were on their best behavior. Congrats, Ladies!

Incredible first day at the Route 66 show! Maddie and Missy received 1st in the Showmanship 17 and Under, and Missy placed 1st in the Snaffle Bridle Green class.
They also showed in their largest and most challenging Eq class with 16 in the ring. I've never seen her ride with such grit and intellect. I have never been so proud of her in the way she championed her ride!

A huge shout out to these 3 wonderful gals that showed at the Longview Horse Park yesterday. They all showed incredible improvement and fortitude. I am extremely proud ❤️
