Our very own .eq and Bellini were crowned CHAMPION of the 2024 Year End 1.00m/1.05 Junior Jumper division! Congratulations on meeting both of your goals that you set out to achieve by stepping up to the 1.10m/1.15m Junior Jumpers for 2025 and placing 1st in Texas for 2024!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year of horse showing! We’re kicking 2025 off right with step ups into new divisions and blue ribbons! Here’s some highlights of our first show of the year! 🥳

Mollie Lynch & Bellini had a flawless debute into the 1.10/1.15m High Jr Jumpers winning 1st for two of the
rounds and coming in 2nd place for the third round, resulting in overall Champion of the division!

Shay Mlak & Cinzano returned to the Derby ring with a bang! With two scores in the 80’s the dream team finished with 6th overall out of a field of 20 in the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby. It was a fantastic start to their week and they ended on a wonderful note as well, going home with another 6th placing out of 18 in the $1,000 Jr. Hunter Classic!

Brooke Breazeale & The Sundance Kid entered into their second ever Hunter Derby and had a very impressive 7th place finish out of 21 competitive horse and rider combos in the $500 Junior Hunt and Go with a score of 78!

Last, littlest, but certainly not least! Sarah Zrelak piloted Faylin’s Baby Boomer, owned by Morrison Farm, around his first time in the Large Green Pony Hunters. We are so proud of our amazing boy! He brought home two 1st placings and three 2nds!

So beyond proud of these girls and their horses! Congratulations to on her 3rd place finish with RSH Fenomene Des Reves and on her 4th place finish with Sandcastle HDH in the THJA 3’ Child Equitation Final! It was a very special and surreal moment when both of our riders made it to the call back to test off and seeing them side by side in the line up. ♥️

Gorgeous 11 year old registered Holsteiner mare standing at 15.3 hands tall with a thick build.
Perfect for those looking for a super fun, game, sane and sound horse! A kick ride on the flat, then finds her own motor on course.

Piper excels as a jumper, but can also cross over into the hunter ring. While she’s most recently been showing around in the 2’3 - 2’6 hunters with her adult amateur owner, she has plenty of scope to move up. Piper has been great for us and has been Champion and Reserve with her owner at rated shows, but her owner is wanting the typical old school adult ammy hunter horse that has a lot less work ethic than this gal. Piper loves her job and deserves a partner that wants to do more than beep-bop around an “inside, outside, inside outside” hunter course every week. This girl wants to have fun!

Piper does not have any vices, great at shows, perfect angel for hauling, clipping and has all around great ground manners! She’s great with little kids, will give pony rides all day long, a very easy keeper, no maintenance, barefoot in the hind and enough tail for the whole barn. Seriously, it’s huge. Never stops, will take a major joke at the jump all day long and is game for any combination you point her at.

Southwest Showdown ☑️
It’s great to be back in the show ring after a short summer break!

Brooke Breazeale stepped up to the Limit Hunter Division on The Sundance Kid. They had a very successful debute, making the challenging step up from showing at 2’ to moving up to 2’6 -2’9! The pair went home with two 2nd placings in the Equitation and Hunter Over Fences as well as a 4th and 6th!

Ava Anderson and Sandcastle HDH placed 5th overall in the Taylor Harris Medal, just 2 points away from the cut off out of 17 riders! As for their division, these two kept in the top ribbons out of 20 riders in all of their jumping rounds!….minus 1 round due to a forgotten fence, but it was HOT, the jumps were gorgeous and we aren’t talking about that! 😂

Last, but absolutely never least, Mollie and Bellini were once again crowned Champion of the 1.00m/1.05m Junior Jumper Division! Consistency is key and these girls have got it! 1.10m Jr. riders… 👀 i’d keep your eyes on these two.

Last, but not least, some very exciting news! We would like to announce that Brooke Breazeale is now leasing -drum roll- THE SUNDANCE KID! After only 2 weeks of riding Sonny, Brooke made her Medium Stirrup debute! The new duo kept in top ribbons for each Hunter round and came home with a 2nd place in the Equitation over fences! We are so proud of how far Brooke has come in such a short amount of time with Sonny!

🤩 Congratulations to Sarah Zrelak on her official ownership of RSH Fenomene Des Reves! Every trainer and working student has gone through falling in love with a horse in the program, knowing it’s only a temporary opportunity. So much to catch up on here at Morrison Farm! We’ll kick it off with how our week at Texas Rose Spring Festival went!

Robbie Schneider had a fantastic first show with us and first rated show on her mare, She’s Worth The Wait.
They were Champion of the Long Stirrup division - winning 4 out of their 5 classes! We are so excited to welcome them to our show team!

Our OG duo, Sarah Zrelak and The Sundance Kid had an amazing week! Right out the gate they won their 3’ Open Warm Up. From there they stepped into the National Hunter Derby, finishing up in 8th. On the weekend the pair received a 1st place and 2nd place in the Children’s Equitation as well as two 2nd placings in the Jr Equitation!

Ava Anderson and Sandcastle HDH stepped up to the 3’ at this show, making their Children’s Hunter Debute. The duo were Champion of their new division with 1st and 2nds across the board!
They also earned a 3rd place in their first THIS Medal!
During the week Brooke Morrison piloted Sandy through his first National Hunter Derby with confidence, finishing in 6th!

Riley Minter and Diamantis made us proud in their first National Hunter Derby! Putting in 2 amazing rounds, taking some high options and earning 4th place amongst a mix field of Juniors and Pros!
Riley also made her 3’3 Junior Hunter debute, with a 3rd place in their Handy and a 2nd and 4th in their Hunter rounds!
To finish out an amazing show they went and won the Taylor Harris Medal with a score of 84!

Markie Morrison took Dazzle OHF into the the 2’ USHJA with a 1st and two 2nds in their over fences rounds.
On the weekend Brooke Breazeale competed with her in crossrails with 4ths across the board!

Not to sound too braggy, but Team MF also DOMINATED the Hobby Horse Jumping Competition. 😎

RSH Fenomene Des Reves is a stunningly handsome 8 year old, 17 Hand Selle Francais gelding. He is currently showing in the 3’3 hunters, eligible for the 3’6 Greens and was successfully showing 1.30m in Europe. Finn has incredibly handy flatwork and is a schoolmaster at all the movements required for Eq and Medals.
