Story time!🐈
Thursday at the dog park, i’m heading out and we hear a kitten crying!! Me, Maston William, & Carl Mazzurco, immediately go to town looking for this baby!!! After about 10 minutes of searching the area, i thought, surely it is too hot out for it to be in someone’s engine. I mentioned it anyways and sure enough, this little passenger was tucked under Carls car! We all fought to get her out, then actually had to chase her across the street. One blanket & a couple bites later (Sorry Maston!) She was safe!! I couldn’t help but think what would have happened if me and Maston hadn’t stopped to talk longer, never heard her cries! Honestly, she couldn’t have picked a better car to hitch a ride on than Carls. She was brought to a place where nobody would be able to turn away from her. With us 3 all being in the animal care business, we immediately jumped into action and acted as fast as possible.
So in honor of baby girl, i’d like to say thank you to everyone who rescues, adopts, and gives these cats loving homes❤️ They wouldn’t have made it without you! All it takes is one person to love them. Get them out of the shelters. Feed the ones you can’t take in, get them spayed & neutered to stop the overpopulation of feral cats. I don’t get to watch cats very often but it is an absolute pleasure for me to when i can!🐱
