To the dog that started it all. Happy gotcha day Keebs 💜

When I got Keebs I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I felt I had no purpose. Dead end jobs, major heart breaks, trauma & then sickness. He cured them all.

He has opened my life to so many opportunities and people I never knew I needed. I don’t know where I would be without him. My entire heart and soul.

Have a dog that drools a lot? I hate it when I’m giving treats and I get a handful of slobber. Then it gets everywhere and becomes drool treat mix mess. Then what? You can use a wet wipe but that requires constantly buying new packs then having to dig it out of your bags then you have to find a trash can or just hold it until you get home.

May is mental health and share a story month. This year I’m doing something a bit different. I’m asking YOU to share your story. Your struggles with mental health and why awareness is important to you. Each week for this month I’m going to share one of your stories.

Even in the big 26’ mental health is still stigmatized. From systematic racism, sexism & access to fire arms, people are more likely to be diagnosed with mental health disorders.
