Rehoming alert!

Mabel and Magpie have found a home!
Congratulations to Laura, who is entering a one-year lease with Mabel and Magpie, a crucial step toward adoption.

Mabel and Magpie are settling in nicely on Laura’s picturesque property in Connecticut.

We want to extend our thanks to all of the volunteers, sponsors, and donors who have made this rehoming a success! We would not be able to do what we do without your support.

This weekend volunteers, sponsors, and their families came to visit the ponies for a day of relaxation and comradery. At Pony Up Rescue Collective, our focus is not only on rescuing ponies, but also fostering human connection.

If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity that also gives back to you, come see what we’re all about!

Meet the Ponies is held every first and third Saturday to introduce you to our organization.

If you give a pony a pumpkin…🎃

…then they’ll want some more!

The PURC ponies had some fun sampling (or snubbing) a festive treat this week!

Meet Bridie!

After four years of being a wild mustang, Bridie was rounded up. She was transported all over the western states, remaining unhandled and fearful with each transfer. She landed in Tennessee where Pony Up Rescue Collective stepped in to give her a new chance at life.

Bridie is being shown human love for the first time in her life. This also means she is now able to have her health properly monitored. Last week, we discovered she is severely anemic and is having trouble gaining weight. There are concerns about a potential abscess in her lung.

Horse rescue is a mixed bag- you never know what challenges you may run into, but we give them a soft landing all the same. If you would like to support Bridie’s recovery, consider donating, sponsoring, or even simply volunteering your time. Link in bio.

Welcome Bridie!
