It was especially fun to see Amy Avitabile Seefried step into the ring aboard her own Extra Crispy 🧇 Watching this pair shine in the ring is always something special!

Amy and Extra Crispy had an incredible week, earning championships in both the Modified Adult Equitation and 2’6” Equitation on the Flat, along with the NEHC Pleasure championship. They also put in beautiful trips in the Outreach 2’ Hunters and Modified Adult Equitation classes. 🏆

Congratulations on a fantastic show week—we’re so proud of you both! Also, another thank you is in order for taking such awesome pictures of the rest of the SME team throughout the week 📸 💛🌻

Take a break from the busy week and join us as we unwind with Peaceful Petals LLC. Starting July 30, we’ll be meeting every Thursday from 6:30–7:30 PM for an evening of movement, fresh air, and relaxation.
💲$20 per person • All levels welcome!

☀️ Friday – Summer Ladies Night
Grab your friends and spend an evening at the barn! Enjoy a mini lesson, meet new people, and relax with light refreshments in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

🌻🐴 Meet the SME Lesson Horse Monday 🐴🌻

This week we’re introducing one of the true superstars of Sunflower Meadows Equestrian… Trendi in Fendi - aka Fendi! 💛

If you’ve spent any time around the barn, chances are you’ve met this sweet lady. Fendi is the definition of a “does-it-all” horse. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to teach make her one of the most loved members of our lesson program.

From helping tiny riders fall in love with horses during leadline rides, to carrying beginners through their first walk/ trot lessons, to patiently standing for endless pets and hugs, Fendi is always happy to do her job.

Fendi is just as talented & versatile in the show ring! She’s confidently taken riders from Leadline, Walk/Trot, Pet Pony, Short/Long Stirrup, the Hunter ring, equitation finals & even speedy fast in the 65m Jumpers! 🌟

No matter the rider, Fendi somehow always knows exactly what’s needed. She’s helped build confidence, earn ribbons, create smiles, and inspire countless riders over the years!

We’re so lucky to have a pony with such a big heart as part of the SME family 🌻
