🚨 EXTREME HEAT WARNING 🚨

​It's scorching outside! Keep your pets safe with these quick tips:

​🐾 7-Second Rule: Touch pavement with the back of your hand for 7 seconds. Too hot for you = too hot for paws!

🚗 NO Parked Cars: Cars heat up to dangerous levels in minutes. Never leave pets inside.

💧 Hydrate & Shade: Always provide cool, fresh water and shaded areas.

🌅 Shift Walk Times: Stick to early mornings or late evenings for walks.

​🚩 Watch for Heatstroke: Heavy panting, excessive drooling, red gums, or weakness. Cool them down with water and contact a vet immediately!

📱 SADIE'S CALL HAS BEEN ANSWERED!!!

Sadie waited over 3 years to have a home of her own; she went into the Tishomingo Animal Shelter at 12 weeks old in May/June of 2023 and came to us in June 2025.

She's headed to Ohio within the next few weeks to live with her new Dad.

This is what rescue is ALL about and we can't thank her new family enough for adopting her.

We cried over this one!

🐾 Marley has been with our rescue since January when we pulled him from a local shelter. He loves other dogs and people and has a love for life and the outdoors! Sweet Marley deserves to be snuggled up on a couch with his family

He is available for adoption in the Northeast, Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and into Canada.
