We’ve been rather quiet lately on here. There has been a lot of things going on in our lives lately that have had to take our attention.
We attended the Maqouketa Show and brought home this black Tort doe “Cholula”. She’s currently in quarantine for the next 2 weeks before she joins the rest of the herd.
We were hoping to have a few litters of English lops, Dwarf hotot, and Thriantas. But, while our bucks are willing, our does are less than impressed. Also paired with some first timers, we are not having much luck.
We will keep trying and see what happens.
There are going to be some upgrades to the Bunny Bungalow this weekend. New fresh air intake, and exhaust fan are going in. I’m going to attempt to start putting the plastic panelling up. It will be a slow process as we are moving along as finances allow. But hopefully in the end, I’ll be able to power wash walls and cages in there. There is already a drain that was installed previously. It’s also going to be a major cleaning weekend on the whole farm. I wish the warm weather would stick around.

We are offering onsite coop care as well as offsite cooping and care.
Onsite coop care is $5 per day, includes feeding and watering twice a day as well as daily cleaning and spot cleaning as need
Offsite cooping and care is $5 a day per rabbit.

Well the English Lop girls outdid themselves at the ISRBA convention. Both girls earned their first legs as intermediate does. They will be headed to ARBA convention in Indianapolis next month.

Riley will be offering coop care for rabbits and cavies to help pay her entry fees. If anyone is interested please reach out to us.

It’s been a really good weekend in the barn. We worked on prepping the new bunny palace with heat and ac and fully insulated. Cages were all cleaned and waters scrubbed.
Worked with the secret Jrs on posing. Lots of promising jrs. 😍😍

Riley is trying to raise her own funds for ARBA convention, so she will be offering offsite cooping and on site coop care.
Off site cooping and care will be $10 a day per rabbit
On site coop care will be $5 per rabbit
