Going forward, I’m setting clear boundaries for my time and availability.

📞 Calls & Communication
- I don’t take phone calls after 7 PM.
- That’s my time to be home and unwind after a full day.
- If you reach out later in the evening, please send a message and I’ll get back to you when I can.

⏰ During the Day
- I’m actively working with pets from 10–2 and 4–6
- If I don’t respond right away, it’s because I’m working.

📅 Phone Conversations
- If you’d like to talk on the phone, we’ll need to schedule a time.
- I don’t take random or last-minute calls.

🐾 New Clients
- I’m not an on-call service and don’t take last-minute same-day requests.

🤝 Meet & Greets
- These are quick (10–20 minutes).
- No weekday evenings.
- Weekends = mornings only.
- If that doesn’t work for you, we may not be the right fit.

I run on a schedule and work with multiple clients, so I appreciate people respecting my time just as I respect theirs.

To maintain consistency and ensure the best experience for both pets and their owners, I follow structured policies regarding scheduling, pricing, and services offered. I kindly ask that all clients respect these guidelines, as well as my time and availability, as this is my full-time business.
