Yayyy!! Ginger our New Zealand Red we got from Grace Hollow had kits, the outcome was quite unexpected though because she was supposed to be bred before transport to a red buck but would be 2 weeks so I’m completely stunted lol. She would’ve been bred the day she came but it looks like all Chestnuts? We shall watch them grow and see I suppose there’s a high chance they won’t be sold with a pedigree considering I can’t be certain who the sire is.🤷🏽‍♀️

These 10 Week Old New Zealand Red Bucks out of Sunshine X Clifford litter are looking fantastic, LOESC1 (Booted Red.) is staying here with us and LOESC3 (Solid Red.) is going to a close friend of mine to hopefully sire a new herd!😍🔥

So we did a thing…🫣 Allot of you know we have raised Pedigreed Show Rabbits for close to 7 or 8 years and it has always crossed our minds to add Chickens but have never truly thought or came across the opportunity to own any.

Unfortunately a friend of ours was given these 2 babies as a gift and could not take care of them so we decided today might be the day. Everyone Meet Pablo and Emery.🤍 We were told that Pablo is a boy and Emery is a girl, any tips are much appreciated! The cat carrier is strictly for now until they get bigger and can go outside! This page my quickly turn into a Homestead page rather then a Rabbitry Page🤣

This is how I will be started to price my stock to help all customers for their purposes, I hate to hard cull when many can be used in meat programs.

Had a couple people ask so im sharing my response

I glimpse into how I price my stock.

I have different price brackets for different levels of quality in my stock.

$25 (Pet Quality)
I rarely sell these. Usually some lucky bunny from the cull pen a couple times a year.

$50 (Weaned Non-Competitive) Homestead Meat producer kit that wouldnt place well on the show tables but is clear of any genetic issues.

$75 (Mature Non-Competitive)
Ready to breed meat producers that wouldnt place well on a show table. Free of genetic issues.
(+$50 if proven)

$100+ (Show quality Jr. animal)
Would place well on the show tables.

$200+ (Show quality Int./Sr. animal)
Has been shown and placed well on the tables.

$300+
(Proven Show Quality Stock)
Has been shown with good comments and placements and is proven to produce and raise quality litters.

These 2 Ladies still in Quarantine are just about ready to Pop! Our New Zealand Red Doe, Grace Hollow Rabbitry’s Ginger was bred before transport super excited about her litter! Ginger was due 03/30 from what I was told so she’s been holding off for quite some time. Mulberry & Briar Rabbitry’s Kiko Our Harlequin French Lop Doe was also bred before transport to a broken black buck, she was due 03/06 and is also holding off lol. Ideally I’d like to keep them inside until babies are around 2 weeks old to assure everything goes perfectly fine and no babies pass from heat stroke but mamas don’t seem to comfortable yet. Baby watch makes me anxious 😆

New Zealand Red litter out of Sunshine (Booted Red) and Clifford (Solid Red) are looking Amazing!!!🤩🔥 Sucks they’re all bucks but I was planning on holding onto a buck anyway to continue Clifford’s (who’s from my old lines) lines in my Rabbitry and it’s looking like #1 so far!😍 Quite a few are leaners, pushers or just didn’t wanna pose so didn’t get pictures of the remaining 3, we do have a few available for new homes.🏡
