🐾 A Gentle Reminder from Your Groomer 🐾

One of the most important parts of my job isn’t just making pets look cute — it’s keeping an eye on their overall health and wellbeing.

As groomers, we spend close, hands-on time with your dogs. We see their skin, coat, ears, paws, and notice changes that might not be obvious at home. That’s why it’s so important for groomers to communicate any concerns to pet parents.

Today, a client came in for her fur baby’s second groom with me. She shared something that truly made my day. ❤️
After the last visit, I had mentioned a few things I noticed — a large knot on the tail, extremely dry skin, and significant dandruff.

She took those observations seriously and relayed them to her vet.

✨ The knot on the tail? Just a fatty cyst — nothing to worry about.
✨ But the dry skin and coat? It turned out to be thyroid disease.

Because she followed up, her pup is now on the proper treatment and thyroid medication that will support their health for life.

This is why teamwork between groomers, pet parents, and veterinarians matters so much. Early awareness can truly make a difference.
