Here’s a few things I’ll apply to every single c**t that comes through my program!

1. Hobble Breaking - there’s so many good things that come from getting one broke to hobbles. Such as building patience and trust, improves ground manners and most importantly teaches one to not panic under pressure.
2. Using a hackamore - when it comes to first rides I always start them in a hackamore. Theres no set number of rides for each c**t before I move them into a snaffle, it’s based off of feel and the individual horses needs.
3. Taking my time- Each individual c**t will have different needs, in the beginning some take longer than other to get ready to ride. We try really hard not rush a c**t mentally or physically.

Only a few more days left until these c**ts are officially two-year-olds!!

We're super excited for what's to come in 2026, we have some extremely nice c**ts that have a big future ahead of them. Being able to set them up for a successful career is everything!

Meet Gunner, our right hand man!

He is a 2020 gelding by Grinch With A Gun and out of TRR Sweet Pea. Trinity bought him off of the Tongue River Ranch as a yearling. Gunner is a necessity in our program, standing at 15.2 and weighing 1200lbs, he helps us do everything from starting c**ts to working on the ranch. We could t do what we do without him.
