Who here loves HOA's? I guess the HOA was less than thrilled with the placement and color of the .... so began the process of unbuilding the beautiful yellow schoolhouse and moving 100' between 2 tight gates and into the backyard. Luckily, they said we could paint it any color we wanted as long as it was white and gray.

All in all, it came out great. We were just excited about building a coop with color for once.

We helped our client by building some custom redwood fencing around their guest house, as well as hide their tankless water heater.
