With only a few more things to be completed for our new home at 10 Marble Ave in Thornwood NY. The biggest one is ConEd and our gas meter to supply our hot water heater. We are hoping to be moved in and opened before the end of May. It's been a long road but were almost there.

Hope everyone is having a great Holiday. Santa was extra nice to us and delivered our new CT scanner. We can now perform onsite CT scans to help identify concerns with pets’ spine, nasal cavity, inner ear, chest, abdominal organs, and skull/brain, typically only requiring sedation. Our first patient to be scanned is an American Kestrel!

It's been a long time since we have posted any picture updates. Working through supply chain issues has been fun, but as many of you have seen we are getting closer. Here are some recent pictures.

The steel floor joists are almost done being installed, then onto the floor. After that the building will start to be framed.

The foundation is completed and the steel I-beams are being installed today. These are the main supports for our building and the first floor.

With some warmer weather this past week we were able to get the footings for the pylons done. These 5x5 footings site 8 feet down and are located in the center of the building for support. We will see what happens with the snow, hopefully we will be able to get the final portion poured this coming week.
