I have heard an alarming number of stories of ticks being engorged on dogs already this year. Here’s your reminder to:
1. Make sure your dog is on flea and tick prevention
2. Know what to look for! After a walk in nature, check your dog(s) over thoroughly
3. Have a plan in place for what steps to take if you find a tick. Some people use their fingers to pinch them off, some prefer a tick remover tool.
