OK so we messed up. Not sure how, or well I do know how and it's simply being overwhelmed.
We canceled appointments late June when I was admitted for emergency surgery. I made lists, 3 of us were trying to work everyone in while I still had to cope with my health. Somehow, I have no idea where the lists are and I thought everyone was contacted or messaged but apparently not.
I can not find original lists and wonder if maybe they were left at the hospital when we were trying to scramble to do everything. I seriously don't know at this point.
Today and this week I'm working to reschedule next week's appointments bc the bigger surgery is Monday and it will require more down time and weight restrictions afterwards as I heal.
Please know that we did not intentionally not call or text anyone. We just got our wires crossed and didn't heck I honestly dont even know and I personally was on so much medication and Neil taking care if everything with my health, the kids, amd work. We dropped the ball.
If we canceled an appointment with you and have not spoke with or messaged with you please let me know. Because without those lists I have no idea at this point.
And if you just don't want to deal with being rescheduled due to my health that's fine to, just please let me know if you get the reminder text and have no intention of coming. We are doing absolutely everything we can while not risking my health to accommodate everyone. It does not help anyone when you can't be bothered to let us know.
We did even from a hospital bed. Was it ideal? Not for anyone but it wasn't chosen. If you don't want to deal with it then please let us know so we can book the times for people who do.
Not trying to be ugly, but this is all stressful enough.
