We are packing up and moving out. This is our last week at Pawsh. Friday will be our last day. We hope to see many of your lovely faces this week as we say goodbye. For those of you we won't see, you will forever be on our hearts. We will cherish the relationships we have built and hope to continue many of them in some form in the future.

I want to clarify something I said last week. I should have clarified or wrote differently. For those of you know know my heart this isn't for u. For those of you who want to believe I would mean something other than what I did this is for you.
When I said " by biblical standards of the definition of what work is and why it was designed I would say we're were quite successful as well". I didn't say that for my own glory. Everything I did was for the glory of God. I worked to serve the community and serve the Lord. Period. Many of you know what that looked like and how I meant it. For those of you who don't. I apologize. I didn't mean for you to take me the wrong way. Everything I did was on the strength and knowledge of the Lord. I could not have done it without him nor would I have wanted to.
I am not minister or a pastor. But God did put me on the front lines in the battle for souls right downtown. And for a lot of u he used your dogs and the struggles and pains and love for your dogs to lead you toward him. I'm happy to say I was allowed to be a part of that.
All I was trying to say was that I was happy to have been an obedient servant and would do it all over again.

Zim’s enters a new stage of ownership as Rachel and Jason Miller are set to take on the restaurant and sports bar in days to come. The couple waited patiently for the establishment to go up for sale after Bill and Connie Ford remodeled the bar and rebuilt its reputation over the past 18 years.

Dear Pawsh Family Members and Public. 7 years ago when I opened Pawsh I did not imagine the years of ongoing continued support from our clients. I never imagined being so busy that I would never even put up a sign on the front of our building. We were so busy we could not keep up. We were accepted immediately into the downtown community which made my Grandpa proud, as I come from a long line of business owners in The Dalles dating all the way back to when the Sunshine Mill was making crackers. Over this time we have developed the most meaningful and caring relationships. According the the biblical description of what work is and why it was designed I would say we were quite a success as well. We served many needs in our community and with you we have rejoiced and cried and prayed. Most of the profits of Pawsh Spa went right back into the community in ways you will never see on the front page of the paper. And after hard work and dedication and some amazing students our community is now full of groomers who have learned to put "Humanity before Vanity. Groomers who are proud to carry on the Pawsh Legacy. With that being said it's finally time I will retire. Pawsh Spa will close officially July 01. I have 3 babies at home under 4 years old and our adoption will be complete in the very near future (Lord willing) and they are my focus. They have been with us for 2 years now and they will be with us forever so I need to be home to focus on them. I will continue where God puts me and for now I am going to love being a stay at home mama. Thank you to each and every one of you and all the ways your love poured out over the years. Thank you for trusting Pawsh with your pets. We will forever love you and be greatful for you and your pets. It's is so very hard to walk away. You have truly blessed us. If you are a groomer and are looking for a space I will entertain offers. I also have some equipment and tools for sale.
