ATTENTION:

It's unfortunate that we have to make a post like this, but it has become increasingly common lately. All no-call, no-shows will be put on a do-not-book list. All appointments that are not confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be canceled and filled by the waitlist. We are a small business that relies on every appointment to keep our doors open. When you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours ahead, we are not given enough time to fill that appointment, and we lose the income necessary to keep our business running. It is the busiest time of year; please have the courtesy to call and let us know you won't make your appointment so we can fill it with someone who is eager to get in.
