This video is compiled between two days. Yesterday, we worked on desensitizing, and Boots passed with flying colors.

Today, Boots was saddled for the first time! The videos here are Boots’ first impression to today’s session. This was his genuine reaction to the saddle and how he handled it. We pushed him for a small canter step with the saddle on which he was soft and willing to do. No buck. No rear. No spook.

We are super proud of him today! Boots is such a fun, sensitive horse and picks up everything quickly. He handled everything like a champ, and we are hoping to get on his back sometime next week! We are excited for the journey Betsey and her rescue horse are going on in the 120 days! We will be setting up a social media platform dedicated to ! Views, likes and shares are important! We would love for you to pitch in to sponsor them. We are responsible for boarding, feed/hay, supplies, etc. for the next few months. If your business wants to be a sponsor, we can display your sign, logo, etc. on our round pen or barn. It will be visible in our training videos displayed on multiple social media sites, not just for the Challenge Horse, but for all our horses. We will also be giving shout outs to our sponsors.

Boots has had two sessions in the round pen already, and we have been very suscessful at getting Boots to be quick and responsive. Today, he spent the day outside, integrating him with his new pasture mates. And he got a new blanket!
