This legal disclaimer covers their ass against liability for ANY dog, prior neurologic disorders or not.
And, to "Use With Caution" isn't even a literal possible thing that can be done- because once the drug has been adsorbed into the blood it is in there for more than 30 days- you can't "take it back" or undo it- so there is no real way to use this drug "With Caution", but that disclaimer lets Zoetis off the hook.
This is a perfect example of how the entire Industrial Society system (including Western Medicine and the American legal system) works against us 🙁
