It has been a while since I've properly introduced myself, and with so many new faces joining the Alpha Paw family lately, I thought this would be the perfect time.
Hi! I'm Holly Brown, owner and groomer of Alpha Paw Mobile Spa.
I've been a professional dog groomer for 17 years. My career began in Savannah, Georgia, where I was raised, I moved to West Georgia in the spring of 2012.
In 2021, I took a leap of faith and started Alpha Paw Mobile Spa. There were several reasons behind that decision, but the biggest was my family. At the time, my daughters were still very young, and after COVID, reliable childcare was difficult to find. Working in a traditional grooming salon that I didn't own simply wasn't an option anymore.
As I planned my next chapter, I also couldn't stop thinking about the people and pets who would benefit from a different kind of grooming experience. Many seniors were still hesitant to be out in public, and so many pets became anxious during car rides or spent long days waiting at traditional grooming shops. I wanted to create a calm, convenient, one-on-one experience that came directly to them.
My faith may have been small, but I prayed over this dream every step of the way. Little by little, the right doors opened, and everything began falling into place.
Now, nearly six years later, Alpha Paw is still the dream I get to live every single day. Through every challenge, every lesson, and every blessing, this little mobile spa has become so much more than a business—it has become part of our community.
One of the greatest gifts of mobile grooming isn't just making pets look and feel their best. It's the relationships that are built along the way. I've watched children grow from toddlers waving at the grooming trailer to young kids excited to help bring their dogs outside. I've celebrated new puppies, comforted families as they said goodbye to beloved companions, laughed with clients through life's happy moments, and prayed alongside them during the difficult ones.
When you visit the same families month after month, year after year, they become more than clients—they become friends. It's a privilege to walk alongside this community through every season of life, and I never take that for granted.
Alpha Paw is a one on one grooming spa. I am fully equipped to provide all services like a traditional salon. Because I am also a full time mom my schedule and appointment times are limited and usually book at least 3 months in advance.
To every family who has trusted me with your beloved pets, encouraged my small business, referred a friend, or simply cheered me on—thank you. Your support has made this dream possible, and I look forward to serving this wonderful community for many years to come.
