🎉 BIG NEWS! 🎉 Galway Downs has been selected to host the FIRST EVER West Coast United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) Intercollegiate & Interscholastic Eventing League Championships in 2027!

The next generation of eventers is coming to Temecula, and we could not be more excited to welcome them. Team challenges, top honors, the Spirit Award and SO much more -- it's all coming to Galway. We can't wait to celebrate these riders alongside our eventing community here in Southern California.

If you've ever thought "I wish I could get into horses, but I wouldn't even know where to begin", this one's for you!

Mackenzie Davison started riding at age 8 with a "somewhat feral" Haflinger pony named Skye. Today, that same pony is introducing a whole new generation of riders to the sport at Skye Ridge Equestrian Academy -- based right here at Galway Downs.

Mackenzie's program is one of the few around that offers a real on-ramp for complete beginners, using lesson horses so you don't need to own one to get started. The focus is simple: safety, fun, and finding your place in the equestrian world.
