At DogEdin, we don’t just train dogs—we build confidence, develop reliable companions, and create lasting relationships with the families we serve.

We’re looking for an exceptional Canine Care & Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our facility.

This is not a dog training position. It’s a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our facility operates flawlessly every day so our trainers can focus on changing dogs’ lives.

🐾 What You’ll Do�• Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and client-ready facility�• Prepare meals and provide daily care for our canine guests�• Laundry, dishes, kennel sanitation, and facility maintenance�• Monitor and restock inventory before supplies run low�• Complete opening and closing procedures�• Follow and improve operational systems and daily checklists�• Take ownership of the details that create an outstanding client experience

🐾 We’re Looking For Someone Who…�• Takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do�• Notices the little things others overlook�• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable�• Enjoys creating systems and staying organized�• Is comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes�• Can lift 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day�• Takes pride in doing every task exceptionally well
