Our farm offers an Animal Petting Area, Pony Rides, Playgrounds, Western Town, Tire & Bench Swings, Tree House, Corn Pit, a Maze & more. We provide an equestrian based interaction, safety instruction and expectation understanding before riding begins. Equally important is the introduction to farm living and responsibilities through the petting, caring and feeding of the variety of animals at the f
arm. These lessons encourage self pride of accomplishment and goal setting through hands on learning and crafts. Some students will receive vocational and agricultural education to enable a career in an equestrian setting.

Meet Walle — our baby ostrich! 🐣🦩
Just two days ago, Walle was found at a bar, being chased around by a bunch of drunk people. Thankfully, the sheriff was called and brought him safely to the farm.
Update: Baby Walle is doing great! He’s eating all his food, getting comfortable, and already loves being around the kids.
Let’s give Walle a big HorsePower for Kids welcome! 🙌

FYI next time you visit the farm we have red foxes. These Thiols are responsible for the musky odor we recognize as a “skunk like smell”. Foxes can also be compared to the odor of cannabis! Cannabis doesn't have thiols, but it does contain terpenes, which are the aromatic plant compounds responsible for the odor and flavor in cannabis! For the person that wrote the review. Our farm is family oriented, no drugs, no smoking or alcohol as for the Cuban people that work at the farm, they're hard working people and take great care of the animals.

HorsePower for Kids is an outdoor animal sanctuary and family fun park located in Northwest Tampa near Oldsmar and Westchase. We have a petting zoo, an exotic animal walking path, a playground and picnic area, a Wooded park with zip line, bench swings, and games, and a train that rides around the grounds to see all the animals!
We also offer Pony Rides and Horseback Riding
Single-Day Tickets and Annual Passes available
You can visit us with your family for the day, and we're available to host your birthday party or special event.
Single-Day Ticket: $10
Annual Pass: $25 per person for unlimited admission for the year (Minimum purchase of 2 passes)
*Restrictions Apply, for example during our Fall Festival
Optional Pony Rides available any visit: $3
