As of March 31, 2023, Carrollwood Animal Hospital will suspend operations until further notice. Suspending operations will provide us an opportunity to reassess our facilities and services to better serve you and the animals you love. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you would like us to transfer your medical records to another veterinarian, please contact us prior to March 31, 2023. If you need assistance after that date, please email us at: [email protected]. We look forward to welcoming our clients and their pets back to Carrollwood in the future.
